Jake and the Fat Dan...

Here I will chronicle my attempt to do the Center for Medical Weight Loss program.  I will have Check In's periodically, as well as post my general ideas about the program, it's effectiveness as well as how I'm feeling etc.

I came up with the name, because it's funny.  It's a play on words from the old show Jake and the Fat Man from the late 80s early 90s.  Maybe if I feel ambitious I'll create a logo.  There is no Jake for those of you wondering, but if someone reads this and wants to be Jake, let me know, unfortunately I will be playing the fat Dan, so you can't have that role.  But with any luck, that will be changing.
